Your Rights Under the FDCPA

- Request written verification of any debt within 30 days of first contact.
- Dispute a debt, in whole or in part, if you believe it is inaccurate.
- Request that a collector cease further communication with you, in writing.
- Be free from harassment, threats, or abusive language from a debt collector.
- Be contacted only during reasonable hours (generally 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM local time).
- Request that a collector not contact you at your workplace, if your employer prohibits it.
- Be protected from false or misleading representations about the debt.

Dispute Process
How to Dispute a Debt
If you believe an account placed with R.T. Solutions is inaccurate, has already been paid, or is not yours, you may dispute it by:
- Submitting a written dispute via mail, email, or our contact form within 30 days of your first written notice from us.
- Including your name, the account or reference number provided in our notice, and the reason for your dispute.
- Upon receipt of a timely dispute, we will cease collection activity until we provide verification of the debt.
